Today the people I have been honored to call Grandma and Grandpa have reached an incredible milestone. Lee and Mickey Bolin have been married for Fifty Years today. Their love story is one that melts hearts. They have set an example for so many on what a beautiful and fruitful marriage is. Their love is rooted in a deep foundation of their Love for Christ and each other. The picture on the billboard is a true reflection of the love they have celebrated for Fifty years.
This billboard was Lee's ideal way of surprising Mickey and sharing his love for her, with the world. This billboard is on Garden of the God's and Cenntienal, and if you tuned into KVOR this morning with Jim Arthur you heard Lee telling wonderful stories about his love for Mickey. He just beams every time he gets to tell their love story. If you run into Lee while he is out and about stop and ask him to tell you the story. Today we wish them the very best as the celebrate the memories of the last 50 years and plan for the next 50.
