When you build a new home with Saddletree Homes, you are getting a new home built just for you. Our semi-custom approach allows you to take one of our floor plans and customize it to fit your needs. We can even build you a custom home on your own lot. 

The Building Process

You will work directly with a Saddletree Homes Community Specialist from the selection of your home to the handing off of your keys. We believe it's important for you to have that consistency throughout the home building process. Your community specialist will work closely with you by coordinating the design process and communicating to a team of people who will work together to build your home.
